We have updated our Scout Module to allow you to enter contact information for Leaders, Parents and Scouts. Such information includes address, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. This will then allow you to run a Troop Directory Report. These reports will be ready next week. For now, you can start inputting all of that data.
We have also added other fields that will be helpful in tracking your Scouts. They include:
Boys Life
Date they Joined the Unit
BSA ID#
To update these fields for a Scout, login to the website and click on Troop Roster. Then click on the Scout’s name and then click on the Scout Information Tab.
To update these fields for Parents and Leaders, login to the website and click on Parents and Leaders. Then click on the Leader’s name.
If you have any questions on this new feature, please e-mail us at support@etrailtoeagle.com.
Thanks,

Recently we updated our Court of Honor page and Reports. The new Court of Honor page will show you all Ranks, Merit Badges and Awards earned but not yet awarded. Before this upgrade it was not showing Awards for both Scouts and Leaders. Now, it includes a section for Leader Awards that were earned.
We also added a new Court of Honor Purchase Report. This report compiles a purchase list needed when you go to your local Scout Office. This will save you a ton of time. Run this report today to get a feel for how it works. Don’t go to the Scout Office without it!!
These are just a couple of the things we have been working on. We hope to have an automatic Unit Advancement Report completed soon. That report will print in the format that is acceptable by your local Council Office and save you the time of handwriting each Rank Advancement and Merit Badge earned. (This will be a lifesaver for those Court of Honors after Scout Camp.)
We welcome your ideas regarding our Court of Honor functionality. How can we make it better? Would you like to be able to track when an award was purchased AND when it was awarded? Let us know!
Send your feedback to support@etrailtoeagle.com
Thanks,

eTrailToEagle is growing faster than we ever could have imagined. We owe this to all of you that continue to support us. Thank you for spreading the word. We also appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Every day we receive outstanding ideas and we can’t wait to implement them all.
Right now we are looking for some Troops that would be willing to submit their success story in using eTrailToEagle.com. In particular, we want to hear from those of you that converted from Troopmaster.
There are many Troops that evaluate eTrailToEagle.com and they often ask us if we could put them in touch with a Troop that has been using our site for a while. If you would feel comfortable either sharing your story or being a reference for us, please let us know by e-mailing support@etrailtoeagle.com.
As always, we appreciate your support!
Thanks,
